These Terms of Engagement govern the provision of high-performance architectural visualization, CAD/BIM real-time engineering, Unreal Engine 5 interactive environments, and turnkey site design execution services provided by Atlyxen Studios.
1. Scope of Architectural Services
Atlyxen Studios provides technical art direction across four core pillars: CAD/BIM to Unreal Engine 5 and Unity real-time pipelines, photorealistic interior and exterior CGI, 60+ FPS performance optimization, and sovereign metaverse spatial computing. Specific deliverables, milestone schedules, and polygon/draw-call budgets are delineated in binding project proposals.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full final payment, complete intellectual property ownership of the agreed visual deliverables, baked executables, or customized rendering assets transfers unconditionally to the client. Proprietary studio toolchains, internal shader libraries, and base optimization scripts remain the intellectual property of Atlyxen Studios.
3. Accuracy and Structural Data Adherence
While Atlyxen Studios executes millimeter-accurate translation from CAD, Revit, and BIM documentation into visual and real-time models, our CGI representations and interactive simulations do not replace certified physical structural or civil engineering stamps. Physical construction execution must always adhere to local municipal authority building codes.
4. Open Knowledge Base & Technical Guides
All articles, benchmarks, and tutorials published in our Technical Journal are provided free of charge for informational and educational purposes. While thoroughly benchmarked across active production hardware, Atlyxen Studios assumes no liability for independent software or construction modifications performed based on journal content.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan and international intellectual property conventions.
